Scheduling an Appointment: Visit our Booking page to select the appointment type (i.e., consultation call, individual session, or couples session) and preferred date and time for your session.
Rescheduling & Cancellations: Please notify our team 24 to 48 hours before your appointment time if you must reschedule or cancel your consultation call or counseling session. No-shows or missed appointments are subject to a $75 fee. For more information, please see your client intake packet.

We offer 50-minute individual and couples counseling sessions, targeting challenges including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions. Using evidence-based mental health practices, we tailor all treatments to the client to ensure we’re meeting your unique needs and goals.

We currently accept Ascension (SmartHealth), Anthem EAP, Cigna, Carelon Behavioral Health, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Florida Blue, Optum Networks (Oscar, Oxford, United Healthcare). We also offer a cash payment option for initial assessments. For the rates visit our Booking page.
